Uvisoft Technology Private Limited is seeking an Human Resource Assistant act as an Internship Counselor to join our team. The HRA Internship Counselor will work closely with our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams to provide guidance and support to interns throughout their internship programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing intern needs, creating development plans, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help interns achieve their goals.

• Make them to Register as an Intern via various types of methods
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce interns to the company culture, expectations, and responsibilities
• Work with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams to match interns with appropriate departments and supervisors
• Assess intern needs and create individualized development plans to meet their goals
• Monitor intern progress and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to support intern development
• Resolve issues and concerns raised by interns and provide appropriate support and guidance
• Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to ensure intern success and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of intern performance and progress.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Fresher or 1+ years of experience in counseling, coaching, or mentorship roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess individual needs and create personalized development plans
• Demonstrated ability to provide coaching and feedback in a constructive and supportive manner
• Knowledge of internship program best practices
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
