Internship Program Details and Ethics

Purpose

The purpose of the internship program should be clearly defined, including the skills and experiences that the intern is expected to gain.

Duration

The duration of the internship will be 1 day, 4 Days and 1 Month or 3 Months or 6 Months

Eligibility

The Candidate should hold a degree. Students those who are pursuing any degree and job seekers also can apply.

Supervision

The interns will get assigned a supervisor who will guide them during the program and provide feedback on their performance.

Training

The interns will receive training based on company policies, procedures and culture

Responsibilities

The interns will be assigned specific responsibilities and tasks to be completed during the program.

Evaluation

The interns will be evaluated regularly on their performance and feedback will be provided to help them improve.

Opportunities

The interns will be provided with opportunities to network with professionals in their field and to attend industry events and conferences.

Legal considerations

The company will comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations, and the interns will sign an agreement outlining their responsibilities, expectations and rights during the program

Exit

The intern will receive feedback on their performance at the end of the program, and the company will provide a reference letter and Certificate to support their future job search.
