As a Sales Admin, with excellent performance, you have the opportunity to grow into the Sales Head position. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team of 10 to 20 Sales Admins and driving the overall sales strategy for the company.

With additional experience and leadership skills, you may be promoted to the Sales Manager position, where you will oversee multiple sales teams and manage sales activities across different regions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company’s targets
